About
Isobel Woolley is a contemporary photographer based in the West Midlands. Born and currently living in Worcestershire Isobel describes her work as 'A love affair with everyday'. This is because her work highlights the small, often disregarded details of everyday life, with a particular focus on line, shape, colour and texture.
Isobel has always been creative and after quickly coming to the realisation in school that drawing wasn’t her strong point, she turned to photography as a way of expressing her creativity. Studying photography as an A-level in sixth form allowed Isobel to experiment with different techniques and research a variety of artists which later led to Isobel studying photography at Coventry University. Graduating in 2016, Isobel now does a variety of commercial work for e-commerce websites as well as her own personal fine art projects which are currently displayed onsite.
